When cancelling with late notice, it can be difficult to fill this space with another client. I am by appointment only, and set aside time for each client as they book. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please reach out to me as soon as possible. If you cancel with less than 48 hours before your appointment you will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service. NO SHOW, NO CALL If you don’t show up to your scheduled appointment & have not contacted to cancel me - this will result in a cancellation fee of 100% of the scheduled service. If you are more than 15 minutes late, and have not contacted me- your appointment will be cancelled. Booking an appointment with me means you have read & understand my polices along with consent to fees that may incur due to Late Notice Cancellations and No call, No Show appointments.
